Vancouver Parents Transition Group is a parent-run, parent led support group that meets 8 times a year every first Wednesday of the month at Pacific Spirit Community Health Centre, 2110 West 43rd, Vancouver from 6:30 to 8:30pm. No meetings in January, July, August and September. In addition we hold 2 socials a year for networking and mutual support. Continue reading
